To most of the innovation-driven companies it is essential that their experts are able to describe their work in easy words, to support their company in two critical areas:
Creating imagination by explaining how to turn their scientific results into the innovations of tomorrow
.Defending existing products/technology against stricter regulation
These experts deal with highly complex topics. However, the public – and many stakeholders, too - doesn’t deal with complexity very well. The rule of thumb is: If it sounds complicated, it might not work in communications. In our trainings we help to translate scientific and technological expressions into laypeople language, and we moderate between the two worlds of thinking so that experts learn to explain their work in easy words.
